David Palmer brings a new ensemble to St. Barnabas’ for another Saturday afternoon Jazz Café, August 10, 5-7 p.m. Playing originals and music by Jeff Beck, Yellow Jackets, Weather Report, Steely Dan, and Stevie Wonder, the group features Terry Thompson on sax, Rahul Mukerji on guitar, Eugenio Ibarz on bass, Scott Fitzpatrick on drums, and DP on keys. The event is free and open to the public. In fact, this is a good occasion to bring friends who don't normally come to St. B's. Visitors are welcome! Please consider bringing a tip for the band to offset their expenses.
